Return & Refund Policy

At His Guidance, every item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or incorrect print
• There is a manufacturing error

To request a replacement or refund: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@hisguidance.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

• Items without proof of defect or error
• Items reported after 30 days of delivery

We stand behind the quality of every product and will make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
