Processing Time Since every item is made-to-order, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
